Walter Lewis is a seasoned fitness coach who has trained, motivated, and transformed the lives of thousands of people for approximately 20 years. In 2005 he launched Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions (WLFS), whereby he takes on clients such as busy professionals, pageant models, celebrities, CEOs, Executives, and Corporations.
His corporate clients include Mitre Corporation, The Society of Human Resources Management, and Gaylord National Harbor Hotel to name a few. In 2010, he led the Gaylord National Harbor to become the 2nd ranked healthiest employer in the DC area.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Walter also hosts online Virtual Bootcamps and a 28-Day Body Transformation Coaching Program featuring weight training, yoga, HIIT cardio, kickboxing, and more.
As a fitness coach over the age of 50, Walter faced common health struggles that older busy professionals battle with, including obesity, torn meniscus, shoulder injury, lack of motivation, sciatic nerve, and lower back and knee pain. Therefore, he created virtual fitness programs that specifically target aging busy professionals’ health issues. He successfully worked through and overcame all health issues using his own transformation system.
So, whatever your fitness struggle is, Walter’s body transformation system and experience will guarantee success and help you become the healthiest version of yourself regardless of age, physical limitation, fitness level, or lack of motivation. Besides directly working with clients, Walter has also published books such as “Momentum: How to Build Resilient Self-Control and Crush Your Health and Fitness Goals,” and “The 4 Healthy Habits of the Highly Effective Busy Professional.” In his latest book "Transformation," Walter will share motivating tips that will inspire you to change and achieve optimal health.
Walter Lewis is accredited as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach, and an RRCA Certified Running Coach. So you can rest assured that your fitness goals are in the hands of a professional.
